To face with the increasing demands of our customers concerning the quantity and the reactivity, our Gisors industrial site has just invested in a new digital machining machine that has been received on July.
This DMG Mory with double spindle machine NRX 2000, designed in Japan, is a first installation in Europe. It will be specialized in the machining of small diameters tips of all types and all materials. It also guarantees a systematic marking, which ensure an entire tracability of all parts.
This investment is a part of the PREMIUM Meca-Inox 2020 program in aim to provide to our customers an improved level of service on small diameter valves.
We will not forget to keep you informed about its performance as soon as this new machine will be in full production.
MECA-INOX produces more than 150,000 valves per year and hundred of components and articles are received weekly, from the material bar to the inductive position sensor.
