Working from home or from any of our sites in France, Meca-Inox team remains into action to support you and ensure the valves production and deliveries required for your activities. Thanks to all the clients for their confidence, and thanks to all our collaborators for their commitment which make durable the production of high-performance ballvales in France for a long time.

During the containment period requested by the French government, Meca-Inox implements all the necessary measures to continue its production activity and deliver you under the best conditions, respecting the protection of our employees with regard to the level of activity, and can be reached. Our office in Cergy will be closed from Wednesday, March 18, as well as the offices of the ancillary production services at our industrial site of Gisors, but the reception, production and shipping activities of Gisors remain operational. These office closings do not mean that our activity will stop, since a large part of your usual contacts will be teleworking and thus able to handle your requests, whether commercial or technical, by e-mail or by telephone. Rest assured of our total commitment, even if our response times may be slightly extended in these exceptional circumstances.

At the end of the 26th day of the 2019 regular season, the Cergy-Pontoise Jokers arrives in second position in the ranking, with 50 points only 4 points from the 1st.

After this great season, the Jokers are currently at the head of the D1 in the prestigious Magnus League.

In order to keep providing quality products to our customers, we decided to renew our cutting machine park by investing in that machine delivered late March 2019.

This high-performance machine coming from Germany called the Behringer HBE Dynamic allows a better dispersion of the lubricants during the operating phase, a reduction in energy consumption and also an optimization of the operator’s security.
Equipped with an iron cast frame this machine placed ahead of the production chain is solid, its enables sharp cutting due to the blades thickness and the autoregulation of its cutting speed.

This renewing, being part of the premium 2020 program aim to always provide better solutions to all our customers.

The PZ4 is a 3-piece ball valve in 316L stainless steel or carbon steel with a PTFE +20% PEEK seal. The PZ4 valve is known for its reliability in sealing on high temperature liquids and vapors up to 280 °C. The PZ4 is CE1935 certified for all food industry applications and is available from DN08 to DN200 and from PN100 to PN16.
